Home Visiting and Coordinated Intake Accounts
- 1-2 Paid Users = $325 annually
- 3-5 Paid Users = $580 annually
- 6-10 Paid Users = $925 annually
- 11-20 Paid Users = $1,200 annually
- 21-99 Paid Users = $1,625 annually
- More than 99 Paid Users, please contact us directly
State and Regional Accounts
These accounts can connect to multiple home visiting accounts within the same state. Each account is priced based on the service offered.
- State / Regional Leader (Multi-program support features and reporting) = $1,000 annually
- Custom Reports (up to 50 CSV files containing raw and simple calculations) = $8,500 annually
- Data Exports (up to 50 raw data CSV transfers to a secure FTP server) = $8,500 annually
- Data Subscription (raw data file. BAK format) = $8,500 annually

Training Services
Webinar training = $400
- The agency hosting the training is always welcome to record the webinar so that it can be a useful, reusable resource for their program(s). (included with training cost)
In-person training = $1,200 per day + travel expenses
