USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
DataKeeper does not use personal information in any way other than to maintain a record of our dealings with you, and for other administrative purposes such as billing or providing support.
Personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services, including data management and analytics. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
DataKeeper does not disclose personal information to third parties except as permitted or required by law.
In addition, information about our users, including personal information, may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of company assets, or similar transaction, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which personal information could be transferred to third parties as one of our business assets.
- Privacy Compliance. DataKeeper shall comply with all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations pertaining to data privacy and security including FERPA, COPPA, PPRA, and applicable state privacy laws and regulations.
- Employee Obligation. DataKeeper agrees to require and maintain an appropriate confidentiality agreement from each employee with access to Data.
- De-identified Information. De-identified Information may be used by DataKeeper only for the purposes of development, product improvement. DataKeeper agrees not to attempt to re-identify De-identified Information and not to transfer De-identified Information to any third party unless (a) that person or organization agrees in writing not to attempt re- identification, and (b) prior written notice has been given. DataKeeper shall not copy, reproduce or transmit any De-identified Information or other Data obtained by the use of www.visittrackewerb.com .
- Targeted Advertising. DataKeeper does not use or sell Data to (a) market or advertise to students or families/guardians; and staff (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing, advertising, or other commercial sales efforts by DataKeeper; (c) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service; or (d) use the Data for the development of commercial products or services, other than as necessary to provide the Service.
- Access to Data. DataKeeper shall make Data in the possession of DataKeeper available to the user within five (5) business days of a request by the user.
CHOICE
All the information stored at our systems related to the activities of Home Visiting Programs is considered confidential and protected under HIPAA, FERPA and COPPA.
We do not use any provided contact information as part of commercial emails or any other kind of marketing means. You may opt-out and request all of your personal information to be completely removed from our systems by sending us an email to help@data-keeper.com.
Parents or guardians have the right to review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child’s personal information in accordance with COPPA. They may contact the program providing the service and collecting their data directly or may contact DataKeeper at help@data-keeper.com to exercise these rights.
LINKS
Visit Tracker may contain links to other Websites, products, or services that are not owned and operated by DataKeeper Technologies but are implemented in order to provide needed services to the users. Users may choose to visit or use any of these third-party products or services. However, this policy will not apply to any activities or any information users disclose while using these third-party products or services.
DataKeeper does not share any personal information with other websites, products or services.
INTERNATIONAL VISITORS
The Site and Service is hosted in the United States and is generally intended for United States visitors. If you visit from the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please be aware that you are transferring personal information to the United States. The United States does not have the same data protection laws as the European Union and some other regions. By providing personal information to us, you consent to the transfer of it to the United States and the use of it in accordance with this policy.
