Family benchmark completion will be tracked based on either the State or Federal Fiscal Years.
How does this work?
The IL State Account creates and assigns state level Site/Fund Codes to their programs through Visit Tracker. Each code is labeled as a State Fiscal Year or Federal Fiscal Year code.
If a family’s current Site/Fund Code is a State Fiscal Year code, then the data tracking page will calculate benchmarks based on July 1 each year. If that code is Federal Fiscal Year, then October 1 each year is the page’s start date.
For programs that also have their own codes and want to set those codes to State or Federal, that can be done under SETUP > PREFERENCES > SITE/FUND CODES.
