Highlights from the latest release (1-16-2026)

Here are some highlights from our most recent release.

NEW – Family Logs

A new section was added for families called Family Logs.

In this section, key updates to families will be listed such as adding or deleting family members, reassigning the primary home visitor, and adding or removing additional access for other home visitors.

This new section is located in the Families tab. Go to the very last link in the left column where Family Data Entry and Data Quality Tools are listed. It is the last link in Data Quality Tools.

Calendar – You can now open the Visit Record from the Calendar

You have been asking for this one! From the Calendar, after you click no the date, to the right of the contact, you will see a new “blue paper icon”. When you click on this, it will open Visit Record.

Coordinated Intake’s Case Status Summary report updated

The Case Status Summary report was updated to report the Categories assigned to the Referral Agencies.

Feature Highlight – Family and Child drop-down list

The drop-down for Families and Children has been improved, specifically the configuration feature.

Admins and home visitors with admin permissions, can now configure the list by home visitor assignment.

PAT – Parent Educator Resources have been added

When on the Planning Guide, you will now see the Parent Educator resources listed when you click the pencil icon. Select the resources used. They will be date stamped for future reference.
