The APR (Affiliate Performance Report) is created every year by the National Center for PAT.  That report has undergone considerable changes by National recently and the new version is now ready inside Visit Tracker.

Hints for APR:

  1. On each Educator Screen (Educator tab) there is a new field that tracks if the educator is a “PAT Affiliate” or an “Approved User” instead.  Please note that correctly for each Educator.
  2. Each Child needs an “insurance status” on their Health Info screen.  This is a new element that will be tracked this year.  One easy way to check this for every child is to go to the first child in the drop down menu and then click Health info for that child.  If Health insurance status needs updating, do so and save.  Click the pink down arrow next to the child drop down list to go immediately to the next child.
  3. Double check the Immunization Dates for each child.  When entering a screening, if the educator marks “yes” to the question “Are immunizations current?”, then the date will be updated.  As long as the date is within this program year, the child will be considered up to date.
