Bracken Assessment, Missouri Invoice Changes, New Child Care & Child Education tracking now available.
#1 The Bracken Assessment is now available inside Visit Tracker. While the Bracken is an assessment you record for each child, it is still found in our regular Assessment link under the guardian. Pull up the Guardian, click Assessments on the left, and you’ll see the “Bracken”. You will be able to choose the child’s name on which you performed the Assessment.
#2 The Missouri Invoice was updated 8/1 to reflect the fact that Missouri is no longer funding for additional children at each visit. Each visit is to be counted once regardless of the number of children present. See the attached FAQ below for more information.
#3 Two new fields can be turned on by your Admininstrator if they choose to have home visitors collect this data. One is ” Child Care tracking” which allows home visitors to collect if a child is currently receiving any outside their own home child care. The other new field is “Child Education tracking” which allows home visitors to collect if a child is currently receiving any formal education. If this data is desired to be collected, your Visit Tracker administrator needs to go into SETUP-Preferences and find these two items to have them turned on. They will then show up on each child’s basic data entry screen to be used by home visitors.
