Administrators can now select a home visitor to run the MIECHV Form 1 report.
Choose to run the report for either the entire program or for a home visitor
When choosing to run the report for “Home Visitor”, the Home Visitor selection will appear at the bottom of the filter selections.
Choose a home visitor to view all the data collection for the guardians and children assigned to that home visitor.
All data associated with the guardian and child will be reported even if it was recorded by a different home visitor previously assigned to that family.
UPDATE PRENATAL CHILD WITH BIRTH INFORMATION
The “enter birth info” link has been added to the prenatal child’s data page. It will still be on the guardian’s Children page as well.
ADD CHILD
The “Add Child” link will now redirect to the guardian’s Children page allowing you to choose “Add Prenatal Child” or “Add Child”.
GUARDIAN PHONE NUMBERS
Restrictions to format and allowable characters have been removed.
