End/Exit Reasons
With every service, you can now indicate an End Reason.
It’s the same list that appears in Home Visiting Service exits which can be managed in SETUP > PREFERENCES > EXIT / ON HOLD.
NEW REPORT: SERVICES ENROLLMENT
A new report “Services Enrollment” was added to the top of the Service Reports column. In this report, get an overall enrollment table summarizing total families and children enrolled by each service. Each home visitor has their own table included as well.
Report content
- Enrollment breakdown by service
- New enrollments and services ending
- Enrollment as of the last day in the report
- CSV files to export details for families, guardians and children
NOTE: The Caseload Summary reports specific to PAT and HFA programs was moved to the Model Report column (4th column) and renamed
