If you are trying to save a child, and it is not working, the Admin of the program will need to “Turn On” The Childcare Tracking, and the Child Education Tracking. These two fields can be found by going to the Set Up tab, and then clicking the Preferences link. Under the first box, titled “Child Fields to Display”, you will see the childcare and education half way down the page. Set these both to “Yes”. This will then allow you save child information. Once this issue has been resolved, you will be able to set those back to “no”. We are very sorry for this inconvenience!
