A new report has been added to Visit Tracker – PAT Records Annual Review.
This report will allow you to review a list of families enrolled during the reporting period and see if there’s been a review update to the following records:
- Participation Agreement
- Family Information
- Guardian Information
- Child Information
If the record has a date in the report date range, that date will show. If there is no update for that record, the item will show blank.
This report is located in the PAT Reports section as “Records Review”.
