A new assessment was released over the weekend – Relationship Assessment Tool (RAT). We’ve received some requests lately to add this Intimate Partner Violence tool.
If your program uses this tool and you are not seeing it in the “Add Assessment” selection list, then go to the SETUP > PREFERENCES > FAMILY ASSESSMENTS section and set the Relationship Assessment Tool to be displayed.
Over the weekend, we updated the PVR Report according to a request we received recently.
The column ” Current # of Stressors (as of date report is prepared)” was added to this report. As the header states, this column will report the number of stressors that the family has as of the date the report is being run.
Also last week, the “Location” column was added to this report.
We’ve updated Visit Tracker with a handful of requests. Here’s a summary of the those updates.
PVR Report – Can now be run based on PVR completion. Additionally, we’ve added a column to report the Location.
PAT Health Record – Saving and Scrolling
The Health Record is a very long record. When saving each section along the way, the page reloads and brings you back to the top of the page making you scroll back down to where you left off. We’ve corrected this. The page will reload and return to your current place.
Filipino has been added to the language selections.
PVR and Contact start time – When updating the start time of the private contact on the PVR, the Contact page where the private contact was scheduled originally will be updated as well.
On the Personal Visit Record below the question “Any concerns regarding your child’s development, learning, and/or behavior?”, we added a text box titled ” Child’s development, learning, and/or behavior observations“.
This request was made in order to be able to make specific notes related to the behavior response.
There is no requirement to complete this field.
Thank you for your input and helping us make sure Visit Tracker works for you.
HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday break with your family and friends.
I received a suggestion at the PAT Conference to be able to schedule contacts from the Children section. There was 2 or 3 extra clicks to get to the Family Contacts page when there could be a direct link from the Child > Contacts page to save you some time and make your data entry a little more efficient.
So over the holiday break we added a couple of things to the Children section. First is a “Family Contacts” link underneath “Family Home” in the left navigation column. This will take directly the Families section > Contacts page where you can view the family’s contact history and add a new contact.
Second, we added the “+” to the Child Contacts page. Click on the “+” to open up the Contact Scheduling pop-up window. When saving the contact, you’ll be returned to the Family Contacts page – not Child Contacts – where you can view the newly scheduled contact. If you want to return to the child’s section, just click on their name in the Family Contacts history table.
Let us know if you have any questions or more suggestions.
Last night, Reminders was updated based on input we’ve received from the field. Here’s a summary of those updates:
Reminders assigned to home visitors can be managed by other users that have permission to mange Reminder records (see User Permissions).
Labels can be assigned to Reminders. The labels can added and managed from the Reminders page in the Setup section. Labels can then be assigned to Reminders in order for additional grouping and organizing of the Reminders from the pages that are displaying Reminders.
Family Reminders – A new Reminders page has been added to the Family and Child links. This page will show all Reminders assigned to the family and children
Calendar viewing options have been added for all users. Users can now select which events they want to view on the calendar and specify which home visitors (Admins). These viewing options have been added to the left sidebar on the Calendar page.
We recently updated the MO Invoice sections II and III based on a request we received from the MO DESE office. Included in that update was a request we received from the field to have the Child Screenings section updated with pop-links.
Here’s a summary of all the updates.
Section II – Child Screenings
Social-Emotional specific screenings and delays were added to the list.
Each number reported in this section is also a pop-up link listing the children included in that number.
Section III – High Needs
This section was updated to be alphabetical and be the same text as MO DESE.
Over the weekend, we released a package focused on several requests we’ve received regarding more print options and an additional request about entering medical visits.
Here’s a summary of what we released.
