A new feature has been released this weekend – Additional Families
Now a family can be assigned to more than 1 home visitor. Families will still have their primary home visitor assigned on the Child Data page. Additional families can be assigned to a home visitor by admins from the home visitor’s My Families page.
How this might be useful
- If a home visitor goes on temporary leave, their families can be given to other home visitors without reassigning.
- If more than one service provider (home visitor) is providing services to a family
