Enter Resource Referrals directly from the PVR! We now have a pop up that will insist that a user enters the rest of the resource referral information while still on the PVR. Before, users were supposed to click on a separate button and enter in particulars about a referral but many were not doing that and therefore those referrals were not being entered correctly with a place to record followup, etc. So, we have changed it. Hope you like it! It will make your data more reflective of your service and count better on the year end reports.
ALSO IMPORTANT -If you see Resource Referrals with only a date, it’s because Visit Tracker support ran a routine that went into all old PVR’s and if the referral hadn’t been properly entered, we entered it for you. Of course we didn’t know the “to whom” or the “why”, so that part was left blank, but the date and referral category was entered for you. You may go back and fill those in, but it will already count correctly now so you can also just leave them as date and category only and do it correctly from now on. In fact, the PVR now behaves differently. It won’t let you go on without making you enter the referral information correctly.
