Here are the highlights from the Visit Tracker updates released over the weekend. Be sure to view “Release Notes” when you login to your account for a complete list of updates.
Mass Email Improvement
We’ve improved the filter selections for how families are selected to receive email communications through Visit Tracker.
Multi-Factor Authentication
Multi-Factor Authentication is coming!
This will be a phased process. One of the first steps will be email confirmation. Currently, this confirmation is not being required. But it is available. For Home Visitors, there will be a “Confirm email address” button on the Home Visitor Data page. For all other users, this will be seen on the Profile page in the SETUP > MY ACCOUNT section.
When triggered, an email confirmation code will be sent to the email address.

Other notable updates:
- Parenting Assessment Review – the PICCOLO age eligibility issues have been corrected
- APR – Child’s dental care source corrected
- PVR Milestones – The “reviewed” and “updated” questions have been corrected to report Yes when a milestone record is opened / updated.
- HIPPY Retention report has been corrected
- The Home Visitor caseload correction to the number of children assigned
