Here are the highlights from the Visit Tracker updates sent over the weekend.
New Milestones Report
A new Milestones review report was added to Visit Tracker – 1 for PAT Milestones Review and 1 for CDC Milestones Review.
To access these reports, turn them on in SETUP > PREFERENCES > REPORTS > SERVICE REPORTS.
This report is designed to show the overall completion of each age range for children enrolled in home visiting. Each child will be listed and the % completion for each Milestone record created. Additional internal filters all you to display all children, children with milestones achieved or children with no milestones achieved.
PAT FCA Compliance Reporting
Both the PAT Compliance page and the FCA Compliance Annual report were updated to display the family’s last completed assessment. This only applies to Annual families.

Calendar Sync
Family names will be included in the calendar exports.
Group Connections Page
Group Connections has been updated with the same color coding as you see in other areas of Visit Tracker like the Contacts page.
Blue = New / Red = In Progress or Started / Green = Completed
Accessibility icons have also been added.
Staff Events – Attendance Records
Attendance records have been updated in Staff Events allowing public records to have attendance taken by any home visitor in the program.
PVR Report – Lapse in Time
The PVR Report now includes a column showing the lapse in time (# of weekdays) from when a PVR is created to when the PVR is saved as completed.
