Here are key highlights from the latest release this past weekend.
Milestones page improvement
For both PAT and CDC milestones:
- Last Updated was added to the top
- % Completion for each domain
- Overall completion status
State Administrator Accounts – Deactivating Site Fund Codes
Administrator accounts have the ability to create and assign Site/Fund Codes to home visiting accounts.
In this latest update, the Site/Fund Code feature was updated allowing Administrators to turn off codes no longer being used. “Turn off” means that the code will no longer be shown and selectable when home visiting users are assigning codes to families. The code is still maintained in the family’s history.
MIECHV Form 2 Updates – State and Tribal
The Form 2 Data CSV’s have been updated.
Measure 10 – Parent-Child Interaction
Child’s DOB was added
Measure 7 – Safe Sleep (Measure FM5 for Tribal)
Both data entry and the CSV file have been updated to account for Tribal MIECHV.
When entering a Safe Sleep Survey, users can now indicate if a Safe Sleep lesson was given. Choices are “Yes” or “No”. This new field “Safe sleep lesson given?” was added to the Safe Sleep Survey in the child’s Health Info section. The new field and Comments also will show on the personal visit records for the accounts that have Safe Sleep turned on for the PVR.
Updates to the CSV File
- Updated to report the latest Safe Sleep entry before the child reaches 366 days of age
- New columns added to show the full Safe Sleep Survey entry – On back / Bed sharing / Soft bedding / Lesson given / Comments
Substance Use Measures
The DAST, AUDIT, AUDIT-C and ASSIST have all been updated to make sure that each contain the following:
- Categorized as a Substance Use assessment
- Referral needed checkbox
- Resource Connection / Referral record
These updates allow these assessments and related referrals to be included in Form 2 Data – Measures 20 and 21 CSVs. (which can be used for CM5 for Tribal programs).
On Hold / Inactive time periods
Up to 3 On Hold time periods will be shown on any CSV reporting family data. Family / Primary guardian data is reported on just about all CSVs in Form 2 Data.
PAT Curriculum
“BTL 0-3” and “BTL 3-5” has been removed from Affiliate accounts.
