After our latest Visit Tracker update – the new Family Service Management section – we received feedback on some initial improvement that could be made.
With our last release, we added one of your suggestions.
When enrolling a family into home visiting, you can now choose to end any other service the family is currently receiving. The service(s) will be listed at the bottom of the page when adding a new home visiting service. Simply check the service you want to end. Then save.
