You asked & Key updates from this past weekend’s release

Visit Tracker was updated this past weekend. Here are the key updates from that release.

You asked… Legacy IDs

The child and family Legacy IDs have been added to the Child List Export.

A Legacy ID is the ID that was assigned to a participant from another data system. So for all the programs that migrated over from PATNC’s Penelope, those IDs are stored in Visit Tracker’s Legacy ID field.

Service Counts Report – Updated!

The Service Counts Report has been updated. Key updates…

  • Under the Service Reports column, you’ll see 3 Service Counts reports – by child, by family, by home visitor.
  • Report format – The reports will run as an HTML file. Inside the report, you can export to a CSV file in order to open up in Excel.
  • Report structure – The report table has been improved including Grand Totals as the 1st and last rows.
  • Keys have been added to the top to clarify what the column headers mean. The reports contain a lot of info, so abbreviated headers are necessary.
  • Doula contact and record counts have been added

APR and PMR Updates

The most notable update here is the removal of versioning. Only the latest version will show.

The only update to the APR is separating Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander under Child Race counts.

And coming soon is the APR Integration project. PAT Affiliates will be able to submit their numbers directly to PATNC Key Survey. Stay tuned for that.
