Due to current events, your organization may decide to implement Virtual Visits. Before you do this, please be sure to check with your Curriculum National Center for guidance.
We have just added the option to select “Video Conference” or “Telecommunication
Currently, there are two places where you can document a “Virtual Visit”.
First, when you add your “Private” contact, you can add “virtual visit” or more specific information to the location.
Second, on the PVR, you can now select “Video Conference” or “Telecommunication”.
Once the location has been added, you can then document the rest of your visit on the PVR.
