New – Mothers and Babies
Last night, we added “Mothers and Babies” referrals and curriculum delivery to Visit Tracker. Resource Connections “Mothers and Babies” can now be selected as a Resource Connection type. For Illinois MIECHV programs, Mothers and Babies resource connections will also be counted in Form 2 IL reporting under Construct 18 – Depression Referrals. Mothers and Babies

We’ve updated the PVR and the PVR report to indicate “reviewed by supervisor”. Supervisors can check the box at the bottom of each PVR. The note will be added to the audit trail. And a “thumbs up” will show on the Contacts page for that private visit. Here are a couple of screenshots. Thank you

Invoicing and Billing Information
Invoices have been updated to include both account information and “Bill To” information as well. In some cases, subscriptions are being paid by a different agency. Kansas KIDS – Updated!
Kansas KIDS exports have been updated according to the 2021-2022 KSDE specifications. One key update is related to the recent update to the Race selections. Now multiple races can be selected. And the KS KIDS exports will report based on the races that have been checked.
