The Mass Exit feature has been updated. SETUP > PREFERENCES > EXIT/HOLD STATUS In the Exit/Hold Status preference page, families can be exited based on their Site/Fund Code. For “Exit By”, choose “Site/Fund Code” and then select all the codes assigned to families you want to exit.

There is a long list of Resource Referral Categories. Some of them may not make sense for your community. You can now manage your list of categories! Main Admins can go to the SETUP > PREFERENCES > REFERRAL section and decide which to show or not show. Here’s a screenshot of what it looks like.

The Child Assessments section has been updated. Any family assessments that are designated as a child level assessment can be entered from the child’s Assessments page. You may have noticed changes to the scoring for the HOME I/T and EC HOME. We recently received word from programs that the scoring in Visit Tracker reflected the older 2003 version of the HOME Assessments. The HOME I/T and EC HOME in Visit Tracker now match the 2016 versions. Let us know if you

Kansas KIDS exports have been updated according to the 2021-2022 KSDE specifications. One key update is related to the recent update to the Race selections. Now multiple races can be selected. And the KS KIDS exports will report based on the races that have been checked.
