We recently updated File Uploads in Visit Tracker. Here’s what you need to know.
Visit Tracker integrates with Drop Box. Home visitors can add files directly from Visit Tracker to the program’s Drop Box account. They do not have to have their own Drop Box account.
The Main Admin for the Visit Tracker account can enable file uploads from the the SETUP > FILE UPLOAD section. See Enabling File Uploads for more details.
Once enabled, home visitors will be able to upload files for each family from the family’s File Upload link. See Uploading Files to Families
With this update, family folders are automatically created in the Drop Box account. Files specific to each family can be added into this subfolder structure.
