We recently received a question about how to report attendance at Group Connections without duplicating guardians – “unique” guardians only. Running the Group Connections report will report “unique” guardians for each individual connection but the sum of all those does not. So here is how to report how many of your guardians have attended at least 1 Group Connection within a certain time period.
To do this, you’ll run the Service Counts report. Here’s a screenshot indicating the necessary filter selections to see these guardians.
GET REPORT. The Family Count provides you with an unduplicated count of guardians that have attended 1 or more Group Connections during the reporting period.
