Based on a recent request, we’ve added the frequency options of “Quarterly” and “6 times per year” back into Visit Tracker. If you need to use these options, go to the SETUP > PREFERENCES > FAMILY DATA and turn them on. They will then show in the selection on the family’s data page.

Last night, we added “Mothers and Babies” referrals and curriculum delivery to Visit Tracker. Resource Connections “Mothers and Babies” can now be selected as a Resource Connection type. Invoicing and Billing Information
Invoices have been updated to include both account information and “Bill To” information as well. In some cases, subscriptions are being paid by a different agency.
