As of this week, we are implementing a new Help Desk support system. This replaces the FAQ system you might have been familiar with before this week.
Click on “Support” from any of the Visit Tracker Web pages or from any of the pages when you are logged in. This will bring you to this screen where you can:
- Submit a ticket
- View existing ticket
- Search the Knowledgebase
