Those educators who are not PAT Affiliates will need to run the ISR report each year when they renew with PAT National. On the Educator tab inside Visit Tracker, make sure their educator status is set to “Approved PAT User” not “PAT Affiliate”.
Enter Resource Referrals directly from the PVR! We now have a pop up that will insist that a user enters the rest of the resource referral information while still on the PVR. Before, users were supposed to click on a separate button and enter in particulars about a referral but many were not doing that

10/17 The High Needs demographics choices were indeed changes recently. National PAT now considers a family “high needs” if two items of the High Needs characteristics are checked, not just one. 11/1/12 We received several calls that on our new screening data entry page, we had the gross motor and fine motor areas in the wrong order and the fact that they didn’t match the form was causing problem. We fixed it immediately. Thanks for the constructive criticism.
