ISR report – (Individual Service Report) for Non PAT Affiliates is now ready to be used inside Visit Tracker.

Those educators who are not PAT Affiliates will need to run the ISR report each year when they renew with PAT National.  On the Educator tab inside Visit Tracker, make sure their educator status is set to “Approved PAT User” not “PAT Affiliate”.

New Assessments are being added – The Active Parenting Now and Cooperative Parenting and Divorce Surveys are ready to be used…

1/13 We now track medical provider visits, parent and child insurance history, parent education & income history, etc. These new features are mandatory for MIECHV grant recipients but available for others to use also.

1/13  Several new features were finalized for MIECHV grant recipients.  Watch our Training Video to see all a quick demo of all the new features ->  New Features 1/6/2013 – 20 min – New Health Info screen, new fields . We now have a “Health Info” screen for both Guardians and Children.  We will expand this

10/17 The “High Needs” demographics choices and report has been changed! For the National High Needs specifications, families must have TWO items checked.

10/17  The High Needs demographics choices were indeed changes recently.  National PAT now considers a family “high needs” if two items of the High Needs characteristics are checked, not just one.  Also, if you are in Missouri, we have a separate list and calculation for your High Needs rules.  See the complete explanation and screen

Gross motor and Fine motor were switched around on the screening data entry screen. Thanks for finding this error!

11/1/12       We received several calls that on our new screening data entry page, we had the gross motor and fine motor areas in the wrong order and the fact that they didn’t match the form was causing problem.  We fixed it immediately.  Thanks for the constructive criticism.
